From wheat to atta: how our chakki atta is made

1. Selecting the wheat
Good atta starts with the grain. Wheat is selected before it enters the mill, sourced from trusted farmers.
2. Cleaning and sorting
The grain goes through an automated cleaning process: it is de-stoned and sorted to remove dust, stones and foreign matter before milling.

3. Washing
The cleaned wheat is washed to remove remaining impurities.
4. Stone chakki milling
The cleaned whole wheat is ground on stone chakkis into atta.

5. Quality testing
Samples are checked in our quality lab — including moisture testing — so every batch meets the same standard.

6. Hygienic, automated packing
The atta is sealed in food-grade packs on automated lines — 1 kg and 5 kg for homes, 50 kg bags for businesses.
